Our Director Natalie created B.C.S Development Training after training in the unemployment sector. Seeing too many young people who like Natalie, had a number of challengers growing up, she could see they had given up on themselves and there future. 

 

B.C.S stands for Believe in yourself, Commit to working hard and Success will follow. Our mission is to deliver relevant and important information direct from over 15 industries and bring the 'must know' employability skills into schools.

Natalie has recently published her first book 'When I was Young', a raw, powerful and inspiring story of life, it's up's and down's and how to use these experiences to be your best self. Life can be confusing, painful and uncertain and Natalie takes the reader through the journey of life as she learns to love herself, be proud of who she is and use her negative situations to grow and be who she wants to be. The reader is left empowered to take over and start their amazing journey for themselves. It is a beautiful gift for anyone you care about including yourself.
